winemaker´s dinner
Noot is throwing open its doors for a night where flavors, stories, and amazing people come together. this time, we’re hanging out with our Italian friends from Vigna Petrussa –a tiny family-run winery led by three generations of women. they’ve got the Schioppettino grape down to an art, roots deep in the soil, and a love for sustainable winemaking that’s totally contagious.
we’re putting together a 6-course menu in true Noot style, packed with ingredients from our local favorites. And yes, each dish comes with a wine from Vigna Petrussa, taking us on a little taste adventure all the way from sunny Italy to Scandinavia.
expect a night for all your senses: scents that make you pause, flavors that dance on your tongue, and stories that stick with you. small-scale, genuine, and exactly as cozy as it sounds.
