We are not just another concept restaurant where a style has been bought and pasted on. We are for real. And we strive to always serve the best from a taste, origin, and environmental perspective. That's what we believe in ourselves. For example, that's why we have our own cultivation beds at Lilla Jordbruket. We love every crooked carrot, every misshapen potato, and all the ugly peas. They are the essence of our food philosophy. All we want is to create fair and flavorful dishes without overdoing it. Perhaps that's why we aim for zero waste and big smiles.
